Buddah's main shtick is to be like, all spiritually disconnected from the world's pain, suffering or material problems. 'Letting go' of all of those things.
And 'you really let yourself go' is what the guy said to the buddha cuz he was a fat ol' buddha. So buddhaboy misunderstood what the man meant.
