free space if necessary, do some disk defragging or change the drive itself (and clone all the data you have on the current drive to a newer, faster one; do you have HDD or SSD?)
there might as well be some CPU and RAM related problem, i am not sure what specs do you have but if you use a low-end machine FL crashes kind of make sense. i hope you solve this issue asap. trackers are fun to learn by the way :)
